Week by week
Your pregnancy, in plain Naija.
See baby's size this week compared to the foods your own mother used when she was pregnant. Kola nut in week 8. Garden egg in week 28. Watermelon by the end.
Norra is a pregnancy companion built for Nigerian mothers — daily care, weekly milestones, and the comfort of knowing someone has your back.
We'll let you know the moment Norra is ready, mama.
The reason we exist
Most of the mothers we lose each year were never given the information that would have saved them — not because it didn't exist, but because it was written in the wrong language, for the wrong body, at the wrong time.
We cannot fix a hospital from a phone. But we can make sure every mama walks in knowing her own warning signs.

What you get
Norra is not a copy of a Western pregnancy app with a Nigerian flag slapped on. Every feature was built from what Nigerian mothers actually ask at clinic — in pidgin, in Yoruba, in Hausa, in Igbo, at 2am on WhatsApp.
Week by week
See baby's size this week compared to the foods your own mother used when she was pregnant. Kola nut in week 8. Garden egg in week 28. Watermelon by the end.
Nutrition
Your meal plan is not lifted from a Western book. Ugu, egusi, moi-moi, tilapia — the things already on your plate, scored for iron, folate and protein.
Safety
Not every ache is dangerous. Not every bleed is fine. We tell you the difference — and when to stop reading and go to clinic.
Faith & culture
Morning dua for Muslim mothers. Scripture for Christian mothers. Proverbs from the elders either way, chosen for your tribe.
Labour prep
Forty-four things across five categories. Tick them off as you go. We nudge you as labour day gets closer so nothing is left behind.
Health log
Moods, kicks, blood pressure — one clean page to show at clinic. Private by default. Nothing leaves your phone unless you choose.
An open letter
We are building Norra because our own mothers, sisters and cousins have sat in clinic waiting rooms with questions nobody thought to answer. Because WhatsApp groups at 2am are not a health system. Because “take fruits and rest” is not a birth plan.
If you are pregnant right now, we want you on this app before your third trimester. If you know a mother who is pregnant — a sister, a friend, a market woman, a cousin in the village — we want her here too.
Drop your email. When we open the doors, you will be the first to walk in.
